This was the fun part of the project. Now that I had stripped and delivered the engine to the engine builder for a complete rebuild, I got on with the shopping !
First I bought a weber intake and copper button clutch from a local supplier. I also bought a Holley fuel pump and regulator from another local supplier. Thats about where the local supplies ended. The rest of the stuff I managed to import from the likes of Mazdatrix, Victoria British and Pineapple Racing in the US. Next I ordered a Racing Beat header, a brand new Weber 48 IDA, a 0-15psi fuel pressure gauge, a K&N air filter, a front mount bracket and a special sump. I was like a child at Christmas opening the boxes as the goodies arrived.
